The Constitutional Court dismissed the Ministry of Public Prosecution's request to review the constitutionality of Article 5 of the Notary Fees Table. The Court noted that this specific norm had already been examined and upheld as constitutional in a previous full bench decision from May 2002. Since the current appeal raised no new issues warranting reconsideration, the Court applied the established doctrine to confirm the norm's validity.
