The Tribunal Constitucional dismissed a second motion for recusal filed by an opponent against the judges of the Second Section. The opponent claimed bias because they had previously requested the opening of criminal proceedings against the President and the rapporteur judge. The court ruled that the same reasoning used to reject the earlier recusal motion in Acórdão 548/2000 applies fully to this new claim. Consequently, the opposition was declared inadmissible, and the opponent was ordered to bear the procedural costs.

2.ª Secção.

Relator:- BRAVO SERRA.
