Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

1 - C..., com os sinais dos autos e sem a constituição de advogado, pede a reforma do acórdão de fls. 9 e segs., ao abrigo do artigo 669º nº 2 do CPC.

Cumpre decidir.

O Tribunal não pode conhecer do pedido, pelos mesmos fundamentos, que aqui se dão por integralmente reproduzidos, do acórdão reformando, que levaram também ao não conhecimento do então requerido – falta de constituição de advogado, constituição essa obrigatória nos termos do artigo 83º nº 1 da Lei nº 28/82.

2 – Decisão:

Pelo exposto, decide-se não tomar conhecimento do pedido.

Custas pelo requerente, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 10 Ucs.
