Acordam, na 3ª Secção

do Tribunal Constitucional:

Notificado do acórdão nº 318/2000, de fls. 9, que não tomou conhecimento do incidente de suspeição que deduziu, por falta de constituição de advogado, C... veio requerer "ao abrigo do preceituado no art. 669º, nº 2, do Cód. Proc. Civil, por remissão do art. 69º da Lei do Tribunal Constitucional", a sua revogação, por ser "nulo e de nenhum efeito".

Persistindo o requerente em não constituir advogado, não pode o Tribunal Constitucional tomar conhecimento deste requerimento.

Custas pelo requerente, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 10 ucs.
