Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court refused to review a procedural complaint regarding the failure to notify a party who was litigating without a lawyer. The court held that since the applicant had not constituted an attorney, violating Article 83 of the Legal Procedure Code, the Tribunal could not take knowledge of the required party. Consequently, the request to revoke the initial dispatch was rejected as the procedural defect precluded further examination.
