Nos presentes autos, vindos do Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Vinhais, em que é recorrente o Ministério Público e recorrido V..., tendo em conta o disposto no artigo 7º, d), da Lei nº 29/99, de 12 de Maio, ordena-se que o processo baixe ao Tribunal a quo, para aplicação daquela norma, por ser questão de que pode resultar a inutilidade superveniente do presente recurso.
