Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Verificando-se que no acórdão proferido a fls. 19 e segs., nos autos supra identificados, se omitiu a condenação em custas que são devidas nos termos do artigo 7º do DL nº 303/98, de 7 de Outubro, decide-se, ao abrigo dos artigos 716º e 667º do CPC, suprir a omissão, condenando os recorrentes, D... e mulher nas custas e fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 15 Ucs.
