Acordam na 1ª secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos, vindos do Tribunal de Trabalho de Lisboa, em que é recorrente o MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO e recorrido V..., tendo por objecto a questão de inconstitucionalidade da norma constante da alínea e) do nº 1 do artigo 6º do Decreto-Lei nº 519-C1/79, de 29 de Dezembro, em aplicação da jurisprudência firmada, em plenário, no Acórdão nº 517/98 (publicado em Diário da República, II Série, de 10 de Novembro de 1998) e tendo também em conta a fundamentação do Acórdão nº 634/98 (ainda inédito, de que se ordena junção de cópia aos autos), decide-se negar provimento ao recurso.
