Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Nos presentes autos vindos do Supremo Tribunal Administrativo, em que são recorrentes M....., Lda. e outros e recorridos os Secretários de Estado do Comércio, da Produção Alimentar e do Orçamento, tendo sido suscitado o impedimento do Relator por ter tido intervenção no processo apenso, nos termos dos artigos 122º, nº 1, alínea e), do Código de Processo Civil e 29º da Lei do Tribunal Constitucional, decide-se julgar verificado o impedimento.
