The Constitutional Court denied the appeal challenging the constitutionality of Article 1 of Decree-Law 362/78 as interpreted by the Supreme Administrative Court. The appellant, the General Pensions Fund, argued that the interpretation violated constitutional rights, while the respondent contested the validity of the interpretation. The court ruled that the interpretation did not infringe upon constitutional guarantees and thus rejected the claim.
