The Constitutional Court declared a specific tax appeal fee regulation unconstitutional due to its violation of the right of access to courts. The Ministry of Public Prosecution challenged the law, arguing it was necessary for fiscal order, while the defendant contended it created an insurmountable barrier to justice. The court ruled that the fee structure was disproportionate and effectively denied legal recourse, thereby invalidating the challenged norm.
