The Constitutional Court granted the appeal against the National Conscientious Objection Commission, rejecting the claim that Article 18(3)(d) of Law 7/92 violated the Constitution. The court ruled that the norm does not infringe constitutional rights and therefore dismissed the unconstitutionality challenge.
