Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Nos presentes autos em que é recorrente M... e recorrido C..., o Tribunal, considerando o despacho do Conselheiro relator, de fls. 234, e atendendo ao disposto nos artigos 29º, nº 1, da Lei nº 28/82, de 15 de Novembro, e 122º, nº 1, alínea e), parte final, 126º, nº 1, 127º e 227º, nºs. 1 e 2, parte final, todos do Código de Processo Civil, decide ter-se por verificado, nos presentes autos, impedimento do Exmo. Conselheiro Armindo Ribeiro Mendes para neles intervir.

Em conformidade, ordena-se segunda distribuição, anotando-se a respectiva baixa.
