Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Nos presentes autos de fiscalização concreta de constitucionalidade, em que figuram como recorrente F... e como recorrido o Ministério Público, pelas razões constantes da exposição prévia da relatora de fls. 181 e ss., à qual o recorrente não respondeu, e tendo presente a resposta do recorrido de fls. 186, o Tribunal Constitucional decide não tomar conhecimento do objecto do recurso.

Custas pelo recorrente, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 6 UCs.
