The Constitutional Court denied the appeal filed by taxpayers and a municipality against the lower court's ruling on the constitutionality of specific tax inspection statutes. The challengers argued that the cited laws from 1983 and 1984 violated their rights, while the state authorities defended the legislative framework governing financial inspections. The court upheld the original decision, confirming that the challenged provisions do not infringe upon constitutional guarantees.
