The Constitutional Court refused to examine the appeal lodged by A against B, ordering A to pay the costs. The appellant argued that the Supreme Court of Justice failed to apply Article 650, number 2, letter f) of the Civil Procedure Code, which the appellant claimed was unconstitutional. The court rejected this because the appellant only raised the unconstitutionality of the norm in the request for a declaration of unconstitutionality, not in the appeal itself.
