The Constitutional Court of Portugal denied the public prosecutor's appeal regarding Article 192 of the 1962 Judicial Costs Code. The court relied on the binding reasoning of its previous decision in Acórdão nº 575/96 to uphold the existing fee structure. Consequently, the request for a new interpretation of the statutory provisions was rejected without further analysis.
