Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Recorrentes: A... e M..., mulher daquele.

Recorrida: Câmara Municipal de Palmela

Nestes autos, vindos do Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, pelo essencial dos fundamentos da exposição do relator, que aqui se dão por produzidos, aos quais a recorrida deu a sua concordância e que os recorrentes não impugnam, decide-se não tomar conhecimento do recurso e condenar os recorrentes nas custas, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em oito unidades de conta.
