Neste processo, vindo do Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Paredes, em que é recorrente o Ministério Público e recorrido A., pelos fundamentos dos Acórdãos nº 1139/96 e nº 1140/96 (publicados no Diário da República, II Série, de 10 de Fevereiro de 1997, decide-se conceder provimento ao recurso.
