No presente processo, vindo do Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Abrantes, em que são recorrentes o Hospital S... e o Ministério Público e recorrida a A..., S.A., pelos fundamentos constantes dos Acórdãos nº 760/95 e nº 761/95 (publicados no Diário da República, II Série, de 2 de Fevereiro de 1996), decide-se conceder provimento ao recurso.
