Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court refused to declare the municipal waste management law unconstitutional but ordered the lower court to reform its judgment regarding the constitutional issue. The Ministry of Public Prosecution challenged the law's validity, arguing it violated constitutional principles, while the municipality defended its legislative competence. The court determined the law itself was valid but the specific judicial application required correction to align with constitutional standards.
