Neste processo, vindo Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Paredes, em que é recorrente o Ministério Público e recorrida a A., pelos fundamentos dos Acórdãos nº 1139/96 e nº 1140/96 (ainda inéditos), de que se juntam cópias aos autos, decide-se conceder provimento ao recurso.
