The Constitutional Court granted the public prosecution's appeal against a lower court's declaration of unconstitutionality regarding specific articles of the Decree-Law on detention. The lower court had previously invalidated these provisions for violating the Constitution's right to personal liberty, but the appellate body reversed this stance. Consequently, the court ordered the lower decision to be revoked so the unconstitutionality question could be re-evaluated in accordance with the new ruling.
