Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court declared the constitutional appeal inadmissible because the underlying administrative lawsuit had been extinguished by a settlement agreement. The appellant, A., S.A., challenged a decision by the Minister of Public Works, but the Supreme Administrative Court previously ruled the case moot following the parties' agreement. The court dismissed the appeal on the grounds that the dispute no longer existed, rendering the constitutional review unnecessary.
