The Constitutional Court granted the public prosecution's appeal against a previous ruling that declared specific anti-discrimination norms unconstitutional. The court found that the norms in question, which prohibit discrimination based on race, origin, or religion, do not violate the Constitution. Consequently, the earlier decision refusing the application of these laws was revoked to ensure their continued enforcement.
