Constitutional appeal dismissed as execution ended and debt acknowledged by the creditor.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Constitutional Court declared the appeal inadmissible because the underlying executive litigation had concluded with the creditor acknowledging receipt of the debt. The applicant sought to challenge the constitutionality of specific articles in the Enforcement Law, but the lower court had already determined the dispute was extinguished. Consequently, the court ruled the constitutional question moot and the appeal useless.
