The Constitutional Court of Portugal decided not to examine the appeal filed by the Public Prosecution Service against a lower court judgment. The Public Prosecution argued for review based on the reporter's exposition, which referenced a prior decision, but the Court found no basis to intervene. Consequently, the appeal was rejected without a substantive ruling on the underlying case.
