The Constitutional Court granted the public prosecution's appeal against a lower court ruling that declared specific insurance liability provisions unconstitutional. The dispute centered on Articles 2, 4, and 6 of Decree-Law 194/92, which defined the scope of insurance coverage for hospital services. The court determined that these norms did not violate constitutional principles and thus revoked the previous decision of unconstitutionality.
