The Constitutional Court denied the Public Prosecutor's appeal regarding the constitutionality of Article 25 of a specific tax decree. The court applied a prior declaration of unconstitutionality that had already been issued and given general binding force. Consequently, the challenge was rejected because the legal issue had already been resolved by a final constitutional ruling.
