Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

No presente processo, vindo do Supremo Tribunal Administrativo, em que é recorrente A. e recorrido o General Director do Departamento de Finanças do Exército, pelo essencial das razões constantes da exposição do relator, a que o recorrente não respondeu, decide-se não tomar conhecimento do recurso.

Custas pelo recorrente, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em cinco UC's.
