The Constitutional Court granted the Public Prosecutor's appeal to reform a lower court's decision regarding administrative notification procedures. The case involved the Public Prosecutor challenging the constitutionality of Articles 4 and 6, number 2, of Decree-Law 404/93, which govern the service of judicial notices. The court declined to declare these norms unconstitutional, relying on its previous ruling in Case 375/95, and ordered the lower court to align its judgment with that established precedent.
