The Constitutional Court granted the appeal and revoked the lower court's decision based on a prior declaration of general unconstitutionality. The case involved a civil dispute between parties A and B where the lower court's ruling was deemed inconsistent with the constitutional framework. Consequently, the court applied the mandatory force of the earlier invalidity declaration to correct the procedural error.
