Acordam no Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos de fiscalização concreta de constitucionalidade em que figuram como recorrentes, A. e outros e como recorrido o Ministério Público, pelas razões constantes da exposição do relator a fls. 348 e ss, que não foram contrariadas na resposta dos recorrentes a fls. 354 e ss., decide-se não tomar conhecimento do objecto do recurso.

Custas pelos recorrentes, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 3 UCs.
