The Constitutional Court denied the public prosecution's appeal regarding a previously issued declaration of general binding unconstitutionality. The Ministry of Public Prosecution sought to challenge the finality of the ruling that invalidated specific legal provisions. The court upheld the original decision, confirming that such declarations carry mandatory force and cannot be successfully contested by the prosecution.
