Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court of Portugal decided not to examine the appellant's request and ordered them to pay the costs. The appellant argued that the previous recourse to the Supreme Court of Justice was an ordinary remedy, but the court found this argument insufficient to justify further review. Consequently, the appeal was rejected because the prior procedural step did not meet the requirements for Constitutional Court intervention.
