Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court granted the Public Prosecutor's appeal against a civil judge's decision to declare specific decree-law articles unconstitutional. The judge had invalidated the citation process because the defendant could not be reached by mail, yet the court found the subsequent judicial citation valid. Consequently, the court revoked the judge's ruling and confirmed that the procedural steps were not unconstitutional.
