The Constitutional Court granted the public prosecution's appeal and revoked a lower court judgment that incorrectly applied common court jurisdiction. The case involved a dispute over labor-related credits where the Supreme Court had erroneously assigned jurisdiction to common courts instead of labor courts. The Court ruled that the term 'common courts' in the relevant decree must be interpreted as labor courts when labor credits are involved, following the 1977 law.
