Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos vindos do Tribunal da Relação de Lisboa em que são recorrentes o Ministério Público e A. e recorrida B. em Liquidação foi proferido o Acórdão nº 364/95 do qual não consta o montante da condenação em custas relativamente ao recorrente A..

Nestes termos decide-se reformar tal acórdão quanto a custas suprindo aquela omissão por forma a ser preenchida com o montante de 2 Ucs.
