The Portuguese Constitutional Court granted the public prosecution's appeal against a lower court decision regarding the constitutionality of specific procedural articles. The court examined whether the rules in the cited decree-lei, particularly those concerning the presentation of files when postal notification fails, violated constitutional principles. Relying on its own precedent, the court determined these norms were not unconstitutional and thus revoked the lower court's finding of unconstitutionality.
