Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court granted the public prosecutor's appeal against a lower court decision regarding the constitutionality of two articles in a 1993 decree. The court relied on its own previous ruling (No. 396/95) to determine that the challenged norms, which govern the distribution of files after failed postal notification, do not violate the constitution. Consequently, the lower court's declaration of unconstitutionality was revoked, and the decree remains valid.
