Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos, vindos do Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, em que figuram como recorrente A. e como recorrido B., tendo em conta a Exposição do relator de fls. 154-155 — à qual não foi apresentada qualquer resposta — , pelos fundamentos do Acórdão deste Tribunal nº 413/89 (publicado no Diário da República, II Série, nº 213, de 15 de Setembro de 1989), decide-se negar provimento ao recurso.

Custas pelo recorrente, fixando-se a taxa de justiça em cinco Unidades de Conta.
