Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court decided not to examine the appeal filed by A. against B. because neither party submitted a written response to the relator's report. The court ruled that the absence of arguments from the respondent meant the appeal could not be processed on its merits. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed without a substantive ruling on the constitutional issues raised.
