Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court declared the appeal inadmissible because the underlying criminal proceedings had already been extinguished by a final judgment. The Ministry of Public Prosecution challenged the amnestied status of the accused, M..., arguing it required constitutional review. The court ruled that since the criminal process was legally terminated due to amnesties, any subsequent constitutional appeal was rendered useless and therefore dismissed.
