Constitutional Court dismisses association's appeal as it lacks jurisdiction under Article 70 of the Law. The Court cannot review the case because the facts do not fall under the specific exclusion clause. The appeal is inadmissible due to the absence of a constitutional issue regarding judicial sovereignty. The Court orders the association to pay court costs and rejects the request to annul the expulsion. The decision clarifies that the Court's jurisdiction is limited to specific statutory grounds. The association's argument about judicial sovereignty does not apply here. The Court concludes that the appeal is procedurally barred. The outcome is a dismissal of the appeal with costs. The legal principle is strict adherence to jurisdictional limits. The case establishes that vague constitutional arguments are insufficient.

Acórdão 36/95
ACÓRDÃO Nº 36/95
Processo nº 491/93
2ª Secção
Relator: Cons. Sousa e Brito
Acordam, em conferência, na 2ª Secção do
Tribunal Constitucional:
I
A CAUSA
