Acordam na 2ª. Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos de reclamação, vindos do Tribu­nal do Trabalho de Lisboa, em que figuram como reclamante A., e como reclamado Centro Regional de Segurança Social de Lisboa, tendo em conta o despacho do Mmo. Juíz de 23/11/94, que julgou extinto por amnistia o procedimento contra-ordenacional e que transitou em julgado, decide-se julgar extinta por inutilidade superveniente a presente reclamação.
