ACÓRDÃO Nº 541/94

Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nestes autos, em que é recorrente A. e recorrida B.,

- pelo essencial das razões constantes da exposição do relator - que aqui se dão por reproduzidas -, cuja força o recorrente, na sua resposta, não pôs em causa,

- decide-se não tomar conhecimento do recurso e condenar o recorrente nas custas, fixando-se em cinco unidades de conta a taxa de justiça.
