Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

No dia 23 de Março de 1994, foi tirado nestes autos o acórdão nº 278/94, que se encontra a fls. 82/83.

Por manifesto lapso, a fls. 2 do referido acórdão e na sua parte decisória, alude-se ali a usa "Portaria", onde deveria constar "Postura".

Sendo assim, nada obsta a que se corrija tal lapso, motivo pelo qual o termo "Portaria", utilizado no acórdão tirado a fls. 82/83, em 23 de Março de 1994, deverá ser entendido coso "Postura".
