Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

No dia 23 de Março da 1994 foi tirado nestes autos o acórdão nº 277/94, que se encontra a fls. 73/74.

Por manifesto lapso, a fls. 2 do referido acórdão na sua parte decisória, alude-se ali a uma "Portaria", onde deveria constar "Postura".

Sendo assim, nada obsta a que se corrija tal lapso, motivo pelo qual o terão "Portaria", utilizado no acórdão tirado a fls. 73/74, em 23 de Março de 1994, deverá ser entendido como "Postura".
