The Portuguese Constitutional Court denied the Public Prosecutor's appeal against a prior ruling declaring Article 26(1) of the Labor Procedure Code unconstitutional with general binding force. The court confirmed the lower decision after reviewing the procedural history and the specific constitutional challenge raised by the prosecution. Consequently, the declaration of unconstitutionality remains in effect, and the appeal was rejected without further analysis of the merits.
