Acordam no Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos, vindos do Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Alcobaça, em que e recorrente o Ministério Público, pelas razões constantes da exposição prévia do relator de fls. 6, que aqui se dão por integralmente reproduzidas, decide-se negar provimento ao recurso e confirmar a decisão recorrida.
